Ms. Krupa Joshi joined the Tata Group in the year 2010 through the Tata HRDP (now merged with TAS - Tata Administrative Services) leadership program. She has over fifteen years of working experience with the organizations like JP Morgan Chase, Tata Services, and Voltas Limited in multi-functional areas in the Human Resources domain. She is currently employed as Group Chief Human Resource Officer in Tata International Limited.
Ms. Joshi has done her Master of Arts in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Bachelor's in Management Studies from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and is also a certified Health & Hygiene Ambassador of ILO, South East Asia chapter.
