Cross members - Rolled or Folded of material IS-2062/ST-52 are positioned at suitable locations. 4 mm thk Perforated sheet, IS1079 DD shall be provided. |
| Ramp | 24 V DC power pack(prime mover battery power shall be used) with hydraulic cylinder shall be provided for lifting ramp at gooseneck location. Removable loading Ramp shall be stowed at rear end location, shall be used for loading trucks. |

| Surface preparation | Trailer surface shall be Shot blasted and cleaned. |
| Painting | One coat of primer and one coat of finish quick dry enamel paint with colour of customer choice. |
